Highlights from COP 28 (Sun 3 Dec)

On Sunday 3rd Dec, we eased into the day with a screening of the Hot Poets’ ‘Great Grandmother Wetland’ (a creative response to our Pathway 1: ‘transformed relationship of humanity with nature’). We then enjoyed a lively panel session discussing agrotourism in the context of a futuristic Egypt. Following that, we met a group of “economically-inclined science fiction authors” who theatrically introduced their SciFi Economics concept – followed later by a workshop engaging us in the concept. The rest of the afternoon explored communication tools and narratives, with an interactive workshop led by Slycan trust, and then a deep dive into all forms of storytelling and listening with Climate KIC.
