First brainstorming meeting

Resilience Frontiers had its first brainstorming meeting in Songdo from 8-12 April 2019. This was the launchpad event of the Resilience Frontiers Initiative and took place during the Korea Global Adaptation Week. It brought together 100 visionary thinkers and thought leaders for five days of collective thinking and brainstorming inspired by the Futures Literacy Laboratory framework developed by UNESCO and futur/io’s Moonshot approach. Resilience Frontiers 2019 was organized with the advisory support of 4CF, Exponential Mind, futur/io, the gannaca global think tank group, the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, and UNESCO. The event was facilitated with the support of the Center for Engaged Foresight, the Center for Strategic Foresight, Finland Futures Research Centre, the futur/io institute, the Foundation for Research and Technology- Hellas, Ghost Company, the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, the International Centre for Climate Change and Development, the Institute for Sustainable Technologies – National Research Institute Poland, Stratsearch Foundation Inc, the United Nations University Institute for Environment and Human Security. Communication and media support were provided by Multiplied, OnePoint5Media and Ridley Scott Associates – Blur Films.
